Trex Names Prithvi Gandhi Chief Financial Officer

Trex Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of composite decking and railing, has appointed Prithvi (Prith) Gandhi as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective October 6, 2025.
Gandhi has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in building products, manufacturing, and related industries. He most recently served as executive vice president and CFO at Beacon Roofing Supply, where he strengthened financial planning, investor relations, and cost management. Prior to Beacon, Gandhi was vice president and CFO of TAMKO Building Products, where he improved performance and helped launch sustainable product lines. He also spent eight years with Owens Corning, including a tenure as interim CFO from 2019–2020.

Gandhi earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from the University of California, a master’s in international economics from Georgetown University, and an MBA in finance and accounting from the Wharton School.
