Epicor to Showcase New Propello Integrations at 2025 Insights Conference

Epicor will highlight new integrations and enhanced capabilities in its latest release of Epicor Propello, the company’s cloud-based retail management solution, at the Epicor Insights for Building Supply and Retail 2025 customer conference, scheduled for November 19–21 in National Harbor, Maryland.

The new release focuses on improving scalability and operational efficiency through integrations with widely used eCommerce, financial, business intelligence (BI), workforce management, and automation platforms. Propello also offers published APIs for custom connections, enabling retailers to integrate existing tools more effectively.

Retailers continue to face challenges managing operations across online and offline channels. According to a recent IHL Group study, 72 percent of retailers report data accuracy as a top concern, with stockouts and overstocks often tied to a lack of system integration. Additionally, 54 percent of retailers cited real-time access to inventory information as a significant challenge, underscoring the need for better data visibility across locations.

The updated Propello platform tackles these issues by embedding BI capabilities and offering new out-of-the-box integrations with leading platforms, including Modern Retail, Epicor Scheduling+, Epicor Financials, Epicor EDI, and Epicor Automation Studio.
