ECI Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions, has released a new Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) connection for RockSolid Classic Cloud, enabling Do it Best member customers to offer the buying options most desired by customers.
The pandemic triggered countless trends over the past two years, but one of the biggest developments in shopping has been BOPIS, where customers can shop from the comfort of their homes and go to the store or pickup location once the order is ready. For hardware and building supply retailers, BOPIS has become a must-have in order to compete with big retailers and provide flexible shopping experiences for all customers—from DIYers to contractors.
Previously offered to Do it Best member customers who leverage RockSolid MAX for their operations, ECI has released the same capability to customers who use RockSolid Classic with Cloud enablement.
