Do it Best Group Appoints Lewis in New HR Role
Do it Best Group has appointed Morgan Lewis as director of human resources operations and shared services.
In this new role, Lewis will oversee HR operations for both Do it Best and True Value, focusing on operational excellence, compliance, and creating a seamless experience for team members as integration continues following Do it Best’s acquisition of True Value in November. She will manage HR systems, payroll, and benefits while working closely with HR leaders to streamline processes, support data-driven decision-making, and align operations with business goals.
Lewis brings extensive experience building HR programs, including leadership roles within the manufacturing sector.

Lewis also serves on the regional board of a SHRM chapter as director of programming and actively supports local economic development efforts.
