Tractor Supply Veteran Jackson Joins Orgill as EVP/COO; Other Leadership Changes Announced
Orgill has appointed Clay Jackson, a longtime executive at Tractor Supply Company, as its new executive vice president and chief operating officer. The move is part of a broader series of leadership changes within the company, including several executive promotions and retirements of long-serving leaders.
Jackson, who will begin his role on January 20, brings more than two decades of experience from Tractor Supply, where he most recently served as vice president of merchandise planning and inventory. At Orgill, he will oversee purchasing, operations and retail services, reporting directly to president and CEO Boyden Moore.
“We are thrilled to welcome Clay to the Orgill team,” Moore says. “His remarkable track record in operational leadership, combined with his deep understanding of retail logistics and supply chain, aligns perfectly with Orgill’s mission to help our customers be successful.”
This newly created role highlights Orgill’s focus on strengthening its operational and customer service capabilities. The company has also announced key promotions across its executive team and several retirements, signaling a significant reshaping of its leadership structure.
“We currently have more than half a dozen former retailers serving in executive leadership roles at Orgill,” Moore says. “We think this gives us a unique perspective on how best to serve our customers. It gives our team a better understanding of the challenges our customers face and how we can better help drive their success. Clay’s experience helping drive the growth and success of one of the best-performing retailers in the industry will add even more perspective and real-world insights to our team.”

- Francisco Feraud: Elevated to vice president–sales, international. Feraud has led Orgill’s international sales since 2011.

The company notes that these leadership shifts are aimed at bolstering its ability to support its retail customers and adapt to industry challenges.
